Date Night at the MET
“Every Friday and Saturday night this spring, it’s Date Night at The Met! Bring a friend or special someone (or yourself!) for an evening of art, live music, and more in the hundreds of galleries and soaring spaces of the Museum.
Experience live music across the Museum from performers such as celebrated contemporary string quartet ETHEL; NYC’s leading medieval, Renaissance, and baroque ensemble Sonnambula; and Mike Hashim’s New Orleans Foot Warmers, playing Jazz Age classics.
Drop by an informal Gallery Chat with a Museum guide and “get to know” a work of art, just like a first date. Enjoy buy-one-get-one drink specials and an assortment of light fare in the American Wing Café (last call at 8:15 pm) and a small bites menu in the Balcony Lounge (for Members at the Evening Hours level and above).”
